  • Why Canada Security Collective Exists

Canada’s security industry is evolving quickly, with new technologies, new expectations, and a growing need for skilled, supported professionals. Across the country, organizations, educators, and public‑safety partners are doing important work. The security industry needs additional workforce infrastructure, clearer pathways, and stronger cross‑sector connection to support long‑term growth.

CSC exists to help the industry grow by supporting people, strengthening organizations, and building the pathways, training, and community connection that make long‑term success possible. We are here to elevate the profession, expand opportunity, and contribute to a unified, future‑ready security workforce for Canada.

  • What Canada Security Collective Does

Canada Security Collective strengthens the people, organizations, and pathways that make up Canada’s security workforce. We focus on building clarity, connection, and long‑term development across the entire ecosystem: supporting individuals as they enter and grow, and supporting employers as they build strong, confident teams.

  • Education & Training Initiative

Canada’s security industry is evolving, and the need for modern, accessible, and industry‑aligned training has never been greater. CSC supports the development of a national education and training framework that reflects real roles, regional needs, and the future of the profession. Our goal is to make learning clear, credible, and connected for both individuals and organizations.

  • Organizational Support

Strong organizations are built on strong people — and strong people thrive when they have clarity, training, and support.
CSC works alongside employers to strengthen their teams, improve workforce practices, and create environments where
individuals can grow with confidence. Our role is to complement existing efforts, add structure where it creates value,
and help organizations build long‑term success.

  • CSC Annual Conferences

CSC 202x is the flagship conference of the Canada Security Collective — where bold ideas, diverse voices, and national momentum converge to shape the future of security in Canada.

Building on the success of CSC Edmonton 2025, CSC 2026 expanded into Calgary, and now we’re back for our 2nd year in Edmonton! These conferences bring together professionals from every corner of the security spectrum: physical, cyber, investigative, crisis management, compliance, corporate, and beyond. For sponsors, CSC 2026 is more than an event — it’s a national platform for visibility, influence, and connection.

  • Partnership

CSC partners with people, organizations, educators, and community groups who share a commitment to strengthening Canada’s security workforce. Whether you’re exploring pathways, building teams, developing training, or looking to collaborate, we welcome the opportunity to work together.
