Canada Security Collective (CSC) is a national workforce and industry development initiative dedicated to strengthening Canada’s security, low‑voltage, and technology integration sectors.

We support the entire ecosystem - employers, professionals, students, educators, and community partners - by providing resources, programs, and pathways that make the industry more accessible, connected, and sustainable.

CSC offers a combination of professional services and free community resources designed to help people enter, navigate, and grow within the security industry. Our work includes recruiting, industry onboarding, career support, employer guidance, community partnerships, and national workforce initiatives.

At its core, CSC exists to bring people together: connecting employers with talent, connecting professionals with opportunities, and connecting the industry with the next generation.

We help organizations build strong teams, and we help individuals build meaningful careers, all while raising the overall standard of professionalism and collaboration across the industry.

We bridge the many sectors and professions within the security ecosystem - from physical security, low‑voltage integration, and cybersecurity to operations, risk management, law enforcement, emergency management, and public‑safety partners. By connecting these disciplines, CSC helps individuals and organizations gain well‑rounded, cross‑functional knowledge that strengthens the industry as a whole.
